Refund Policy

As Cloudy Gaming's products and services are provided via in-game and other digital delivery, they are not generally eligible for a refund. If you have not yet received your products or services, we ask that you please first contact us via our discord server. If you still wish to seek a refund or are entitled to a refund by law, please contact us via support@cloudygaming.net with a description of the circumstances or create a ticket in our discord. We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. 

Please be advised that canceling a transaction without first seeking a refund in accordance with this policy will result in all accounts associated with Cloudy Gaming being permanently banned from our services.

If you believe your funds were used to make a fraudulent purchase on any Cloudy Gaming stores or services, please contact us at support@cloudygaming.net
